To place your order, click on the CREATE MEMORIES tab, select your preferred option, and complete your purchase. We will then create an account, set up your website, and generate a personalised QR code for you. Please allow 5 business days for us to get this done.
We offer two options. First, you can create your own website page. After receiving your personalised link via email, simply create a new password, log in, and start building your page.

Alternatively, if you need assistance, we can help create your page. We’ll send you a questionnaire to gather information and request any photos or videos. Once we’ve uploaded everything and completed your page, you’ll be appointed as the administrator and granted access to your account, allowing you to update your page anytime. We provide three hours of assistance to help you get started. Please note, WE ONLY ACCEPT DIGITAL PHOTOS, not hard copies.
When you have your website link and receive your medallions you can then display and share with family and friends. Any smartphone will be able to scan the QR code.
