When you purchase a Memories Of My Life QR Medallion you are automatically given a (2) Two year subscription. Beyond the first year you will need to pay a small annual fee to keep your memorial site active. This annual fee helps us cover the costs of maintaining the website including hosting the website.

After 2 years, a small yearly fee of $9.90 will be required to help us cover the cost of maintaining and hosting the website.

Once you have made payment for your E-Tribute page you will receive an email saying your account is now active.

You certainly can upload videos or lines to the Tribute page. You can add links to any videos that you have previously uploaded onto Youtube and Vimeo.

Absolutely. You can login to your tribute page and edit the information you need including adding extra photos or text.

By using a smartphone camera, hold the camera on the QR code until a link pops up, click on the link and this will direct you to the Tribute page.

All information is stored on our secure web hosting service.

The medallion will have a weatherproof adhesive strip on the back of it. There is no right or wrong area to place the QR code medallion. The best position for a medallion is where it is easily accessible. Either on a headstone, ledger, front kerb or the base. This way it gives easy access to family to scan.

When you purchase your QR medallion we will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire and upload some photos about your loved one. We will create a Tribute page within 5 days, and we will arrange to send out your QR medallion which will be linked to your Tribute page.
